Services Provided

Kelly Estimating provides professional construction takeoff and estimating services. Our services include material quantity takeoffs, cost estimates and bid preparation support. Beyond estimating, we also offer construction bid consultancy and post estimating services.

Use of Estimate

All takeoffs and estimates prepared by Kelly Estimating are intended to be used as bidding tools and guidelines only. Our estimates are based on the plans, drawings and information provided by the client, along with current market pricing data. Final pricing decisions, markup and bid submission remain the sole responsibility of the client. Kelly Estimating makes no guarantee that actual construction costs will match the estimated figures.

Client Responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date project plans and documents. The accuracy of our estimates is directly dependent on the quality of the information provided. Kelly Estimating is not liable for errors or inaccuracies arising from incomplete, outdated or incorrect plans provided by the client.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due as agreed at the time of project engagement. Kelly Estimating reserves the right to withhold delivery of completed estimates until payment is received. All fees are non refundable once the estimating work has commenced, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Kelly Estimating agrees to keep all project plans, documents and client information strictly confidential. We will not share, distribute or disclose any client information to third parties without the client’s prior written consent, except as required by law.
